Cowboys Fit is seeking a friendly Member Services Associate to greet members and guests, ensure active memberships, and assist with inquiries at the front desk. You’ll manage check-ins, guide traffic flow, update billing when appropriate, and help integrate new members into the club while upholding club standards and policies.
