Healthcare Food Service Aide

Encompass Health seeks a Healthcare Food Service Aide to support patient recovery through safe, accurate meal service in our rehabilitation hospital. In this on-site role, you’ll prepare, portion, and assemble meals according to diet orders, deliver trays to patient rooms, and ensure courteous, timely service. You’ll maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards while cleaning equipment and work areas. Working closely with dietary and clinical teams, you’ll help meet patients’ nutritional needs in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment with opportunities to learn and grow.
