Job Location - Charlotte, NC

The Lead GenAI Engineer will design, build, and lead AI-enabled metadata extraction capabilities to automate lineage discovery and evidence generation. This role will focus on leveraging GenAI / LLM technologies to analyze enterprise assets and generate structured metadata and lineage insights.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, Design, Develop & Implement GenAI based solutions

Data Lineage, Data Transformation, & Metadata extraction, validation.

Database Operations/Manipulation (CRUD)

Data modelling

Evaluate AI model performance and extraction quality

Collaborate with data engineer, backend developer, UI developer, and other stakeholders.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 110841 - 145000

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
