• Order Fulfillment: Picking the correct parts to fill orders and packing them for delivery.
• Logistics: Loading parts into a company vehicle, planning efficient delivery routes, and ensuring timely deliveries to various locations.
• Customer Service: Acting as a representative of the company, providing courteous service to customers, and maintaining positive customer relations.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate daily delivery logs, obtaining delivery confirmations and signatures, and handling cash and invoices.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Performing basic maintenance and checks on the delivery vehicle, keeping it clean and safe, and reporting any issues to management.
• Inventory Control: Assisting with inventory management by accurately checking in parts, putting them in their correct locations, and participating in cycle counts.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhering to all safety rules and driving regulations, ensuring parts are transported without damage, and maintaining a professional appearance.
