Work Environment\nThis remote position offers flexibility while fostering a collaborative spirit among team members. You will participate in regular team meetings, where your input will shape the collective mission of the clinic. You will have a manageable caseload, limited to twenty-eight client visits per week, protecting against burnout and promoting a sustainable work routine.

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field. \n
- A valid Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n

- A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling within a behavioral health setting. \n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, reflecting our commitment to offering competitive compensation for our therapists.
