Elevated Exec is an executive career intelligence firm founded by a career headhunter with 20+ years in retained executive search.

Executive search firms are retained by companies. Elevated Exec is retained by the executive.

We work confidentially with high-performing senior leaders to:

By the time an executive finishes our process, they aren't browsing. They're clear, prepared, and specific about the seat they want.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are building a small network of experienced executive search professionals who want access to prepared executive talent — without changing anything about how they work today.

When one of our executives fits a search you're running, a client you serve, or a market you cover, we facilitate a personal, confidential introduction between that executive and the appropriate decision-maker on your side.

You bring the client relationship. We bring the prepared executive.

WHAT YOU GET

• Personal introductions to qualified, market-ready executives — C-suite and senior-level talent who are prepared, informed, and genuinely interested in the right conversation
• Access to executive talent you may not otherwise encounter — including leaders exploring confidentially who would never appear in a database or answer a cold approach
• A flat referral fee when an executive you refer to us signs and pays. Structure is straightforward and we'll walk you through it on the call
• A confidential, low-volume relationship — this is not a mass referral program
• Direct access to the founder, not an account manager

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

Most affiliate programs ask you to sell something. This one asks you to receive something.

You are not taking on a new product line, a new pitch, or a new pipeline to build. You are being introduced to prepared executives who map to the clients and searches you already have in front of you.

Retained search is the discipline this is built on — not a replacement for it. Elevated Exec exists on the other side of the table, working for the executive, which is exactly why the introductions are useful to you.

• Real, trusted relationships with executives and/or hiring companies
• Experience at the C-suite and senior-leadership level
• A defined market — industry, function, or geography — you know deeply
• Discretion. Every introduction is confidential.

• Tell us the markets, functions, and companies you cover
• Review prepared executives we believe fit your clients or searches
• When there's a fit, make the introduction
• Where it's appropriate, introduce us to executives who would benefit from what we do
• That's it

NO CATCH

You are not being asked to:
