Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the operations, focusing on renewals and retention of the commercial lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in small business insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Compensation Package Salary Range : $90,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience) Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan Profit Sharing Plan : Available Professional Growth : Personalized growth plans to support career development Responsibilities Manage a book of business with a focus on mid market business accounts Handle renewals and retention of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships Quote new and renewal business as required Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with producers and other account managers to support the commercial lines team Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system (HawkSoft) Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience : 5-10+ years of experience in commercial lines account management, preferably with mid-sized business accounts Technical Skills : Proficiency in HawkSoft or similar agency management software preferred Soft Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; customer-focused mindset; adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges
