Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees at a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests according to site requirements.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating professionally with building management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
