Will need to provide proof of personal vehicle insuranceBilingual in Spanish is required at specific locationsStrong interpersonal skills such as effective listening, clear communication, effective customer problem resolution, with a warm and empathetic demeanorAbility to develop and maintain effective work relationships in a rewarding, high-paced, and sometimes high-stress environmentStaff will drive or ride in company vehicles to select satellite clinics for day clinics and are paid for travel timeAdditional DetailsSchedules assigned by supervisor on a monthly basisThis position does require travelHourly pay, FLSA non-exempt, eligible for overtimePay range: $18- $22 per hour, depending on level of experience and referencesPhysical RequirementsSitting, standing, and walking for up to 4-6 hours a day; talk and hear both in person and by telephone, speaking loudly for patients in need; use hands to finger, handle and feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to twenty-five pounds on occasion. Specific vision abilities required by this job include viewing multiple computer screens, close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
