Associate Director - Global Supply Planning

Responsibilities
- Design and implement global supply chain strategies aligned with corporate and regional business objectives
- Lead monthly Integrated Business Planning process and Demand-Driven Value Network transformation initiatives
- Own end-to-end supply planning with focus on zero backorders and On Time & In Full performance
- Develop and deploy Global Inventory Strategy using Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization methodology
- Lead and develop large global team of supply chain professionals through training and career development programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance, or Engineering
- 10+ years progressive management experience in Supply Chain or Operations
- Cross-functional team leadership and consensus-building capabilities
- International work experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems: SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, or i2
- Advanced knowledge of MRP/ERP and Advanced Planning tools
- Supply Chain Planning expertise with demand, production, and distribution linkages
