In this role, you will make a direct positive impact on the customer’s needs and mission. You will be accountable for verifying the consistency and quality of our products and be actively involved throughout the entire development process. You will engage with internal and customer stakeholders to derive system requirements and react to mission needs. You will develop a deep understanding of the tools, systems, and frameworks used by the customer, and how to effectively integrate them with various technologies to build a real-world test environment and create a test plan. You will utilize your technical skills to build and maintain custom test frameworks and generate thorough documentation. Competitive candidates have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and are mission focused. A technical background in networking and familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.Required QualificationsTS/SCI with CI Poly Clearance is requiredTechnical leadership experience in leading small teams5 years test engineering or related experience5 years experience with offensive cyber operations3 year of experience developing in Python, Bash, or similar scripting language3 year of experience working on Linux/Unix systemsBasic knowledge of TCP/IP networking, architecture, and core technologies (such as DNS, DHCP, Routing, VPN)Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solvingskillsAbility to interface with customers, end-users, technical leads, and program managementDesired QualificationsExperience building test automation frameworksExperience designing, writing, reviewing, and executing test plans, procedures, reports, and other technical documentationFamiliarity with Agile mindset and methodologiesAbility to think abstractly and drive toward defined requirements and testing strategiesExperience using virtualization technologies such as DockerEducation RequirementsRequires a degree in a technical disciplineNot Relocation EligibleEmployee Referral Award Eligibility: This requisition is eligible for an employee referral award.
