Artificial Intelligence Engineer

What you will do at Sogeti:

• Own what the agent produces and how good it is. This is an experienced API developer who has gone deep on coding agents, not a prompt specialist.
• Configure the headless agent per archetype: steering files, agent configs, MCP context, and the result contract.
• Build the first golden template, which sets the standard for the other four.
• Build output verification: path allowlist, contract tests, and review-ready PR structure.
• Run the pilot tuning loop: read failures and reviewer feedback, then fix templates and steering.
• Pair with the client's API developer on templates 2 to 5.

What you will bring (Required):

• 5+ years building production APIs (REST and at least one of GraphQL or event-driven) on AWS.
• Real hands-on time with coding agents (Kiro, Claude Code, or similar), including spec-driven or headless use beyond IDE autocomplete.
• Strong testing discipline: contract tests, OpenAPI, and the ability to judge generated code quickly.
• Can explain agent behavior and failure modes plainly to reviewers and clients.

What you will bring (Preferred):

• Built reusable templates, scaffolding, or code generators that other teams used.
• Agent evaluation experience: measuring acceptance rates and comparing configurations.
• Experience with BMAD or similar spec-driven methods.
