Responsibilities Under the direction of the Chief Nurse Executive (CNE) or the Supervising Registered Nurse (SRN) III, the SRN II is responsible for: Planning, assigning, supervising, and evaluating the work of nursing and other assigned staff in a service line delivery area. Receiving, disseminating, implementing, and monitoring adherence to policies and procedures. Applying supervisory rules and principles, resolving personnel issues, setting goals for self and others, and ensuring continuity of quality patient care. Actively participating and supporting the Complete Care Model.
