As a Restaurant Technology Product Analyst , you’ll help shape the tools and systems that keep our restaurants running smoothly every day. Your work turns real operational challenges into practical technology solutions that boost efficiency, reliability, and the overall experience for both team members and guests. By listening closely to operators and partners, you’ll ensure the tools we build are intuitive, useful, and grounded in real‑world needs. You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support to keep everyone aligned and moving in the same direction. And through testing, pilots, rollouts, and ongoing improvements, you’ll help drive the evolution of our technology across a growing multi‑unit environment.
