- Work efficiently in outdoor environments, including heat, cold, rain, and wind
- Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a clean, organized worksite
- Proven experience operating a forklift in an industrial or logistics setting
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety, communication, and teamwork
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the Sand Springs location
