Entry-Level Marketing Representative

Overview The Rachel West Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a reliable and motivated representative to join our Agency on a part-time basis. Compensation is $9 an hour for Part Time, three days a week M-W 1-7PM Responsibilities Make phone calls to connect with potential clients Strong phone presence with the ability to navigate difficult conversations effectively Manage email communication and maintain accurate records Stay organized and keep up with daily workflow in a timely manner Produce accurate leads Able to work with multiple screens proficiently and with Auto Dialer System Has professional phone skills, as well as communication skills Proficiency in Typing, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work well with others Must be able to pass and pay for a Background Check Valid driver’s license Accept a drug test Schedule Monday - Wednesday, 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM Benefits Hourly Rate Plus Bonuses Career Development & Growth Hands-On, World Class Training Mentorship Supporting Entry Into the Insurance Industry #J-18808-Ljbffr Farmers Insurance District 3504
