From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.Amazon Leo team is looking for a Business Operations leader to support business and engineering stakeholders in selecting, developing and managing business relationships with critical technology and service suppliers, and others as needed to execute on Amazon Leo objectives. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record developing and executing strategy, and managing supplier performance. Experience working in new and ambiguous environments while solving complex problems with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders will be an advantage. Develops operations models and oversees supply chain, sales orders and inventory management.- Develop a team of Business Operations Managers responsible for supply and demand planning, inventory management, material allocations, sales orders, and fulfillment.- Lead cross-functional Initiatives to establish wafer and ASIC supply chain process and overall structure of the business.- Leading supply chain and inventory management, setting goals, and strategic directions, and driving automation and process improvements.- Lead and drive operational collaboration with suppliers and internal customers.- Provide leadership on project selection, scope, definition and performance to ensure alignment with business strategy.- Train team members on new processes and ensure effective communication of change.About the teamHere at Amazon, we embrace our differences. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
