Call Center Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the drone technology industry, is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department supporting inbound and outbound communication efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Call Center Representative Pay Range: $18 Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM What's the Job? Handle inbound customer inquiries related to drone products and services with professionalism and courtesy. Assist customers by providing detailed information about drone features, specifications, and operational guidance. Troubleshoot basic drone equipment and software issues, offering solutions or escalating complex problems. Document customer interactions accurately within the company's CRM system for future reference and follow-up. Maintain a thorough understanding of current drone products, updates, and promotional offers to ensure accurate support. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. What's in it for me?
