Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,162–$2,340 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Start date: 07/19/2026 Shift: 4x10-hour days Setting: Hospital CVOR in Kansas City, KS Orientation: New employee orientation Mon-Tues Responsibilities Provide intraoperative circulating and scrub support for cardiovascular procedures Maintain the sterile field, prepare instruments, and manage counts and supplies Assist the surgeon with instrumentation, exposure, and device handling during cardiac surgeries Support anesthesia and perfusion teams, including monitoring and equipment readiness Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance in the CVOR Communicate effectively with the surgical team to maintain case flow and tissue handling Requirements Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) license BLS (basic life support) certification Minimum 2 years CVOR experience in a level 1 trauma center; circulating and scrub experience Recent strong scrub experience in cardiac surgeries Ability to work in a CVOR and participate in a 4x10-hour shift travel assignment Willingness to work holidays and take call as needed CVOR questionnaire required for every submittal Benefits and Support New employee orientation scheduled for Monday and Tuesday Assignment support through Healthforce Healthcare LLC Credentialing and documentation guidance as part of the submission process #J-18808-Ljbffr
