The golf season at Ravenna Country Club is typically April thru October. During that time we strive to have a mixture of part time / seasonal and full time attendants. We have had multiple seasonal hires who have been hired on year-round in golf, F&B and at the Fitness Center. We are seeking an Player Services Attendant who can work nights (1pm-9pm) and weekends.

The Player Services Attendant Position assists members and guests at The Club at Ravenna with maintaining range, carts and bag storage, golf tournaments and on course assignments. The Player Services attendant could be full or part time and should have schedule flexibility to include the AM and PM shifts, weekends and holidays. Starting wage is $16.50 plus commissions ($23-$25 per hour on average). Employees of The Club at Ravenna are provided one 18-hole round per week as a benefit.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Providing superior service to our members and their guests.
• Overseeing the cleanliness and monthly maintenance of all golf carts
• Coordinating with the golf shop about event details and set-up
• Coordinating with the superintendent about driving range mowing schedule
• The set-up of new member bag storage
• Monitoring pace of play via Visage.

Other Duties and Position Requirements

• Responsible for logging of any golf cart issues in the binder
• Create new ideas and procedures in order to improve the player services operation
• Assist in the off-season maintenance of the golf cart fleet
• Assist in monitoring of grip and club repair supplies inventory
• Assist in any valet shift that are needed
• Assist in daily maintenance and detailing of the golf carts
• Assists with tournament operations including weekly member events, group outings and club-sponsored events
• Assist with all daily procedures
• Additional responsibilities may be added during the golf season if management dictates

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Golf operations preferred with experience in POS systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft systems.
• Customer Service Experience.
