JDE Warehouse Management and Distribution Training Lead

Location: St. Joseph, Missouri, USA

Duration: 3-6 Months Contract

Experience: 10+ years in JDE

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Experience of conducting end user training for Warehouse management and Inventory Modules. Should have good communication skills and proficiency in English. Understand the Warehouse management and Inventory module through the Training sessions from SME's/cross-functional sessions with stakeholders. Develop understanding on business process and models that define the business needs. Conduct Classroom trainings on JDE Warehouse Management, Inventory Management with business end users, potentially 7 days a week. Readiness to work in different 9hrs shifts including late night shift. Develop and document the Evaluation exercises, plans, and scenarios. Gather Timely feedback and ensure user engagement ensuring effective user trainings. Identify training issues and fix with client coordination. Collaborate with client and other training teams.

  • Functional Skills: JDE Warehouse Management, Inventory Controls
  • Experience in conductive end user trainings. (Knowledge on QA and shop floor is a plus)
  • Educational Qualification: NA
  • Soft Skills: Effective Business Communication, learning attitude, ownership, passion to achieve results.

Nice to have skills: Domain experience in Food Processing Industry (added advantage)

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge on JD Edwards Shop Floor, QA module is a plus
  • Technical Certification: Oracle JDE certification (added advantage)
