Role Description AsOffice Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member withJames Pearson - State Farm Agent, you equip our agency to continually achieve its goals. You empower our agency by implementing and supporting office policies and consistently ensuring the execution of advantageous customer experiences. By alongside other team members, you create smooth operations to actualize the opportunities offered to people by insurance products and financial services. As an organized and detail-oriented professional, your skillset promotes the basis for people in our community to have something they need. James Pearson - State Farm Agent is eager to bring aboard your collaborative presence. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products. Qualifications Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening Experience in insurance required Experience in managing preferred Proactive in problem-solving Able to work in and manage a team environment Experience in Windows computer applications Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals. Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses 5+ years experience in insurance sales or as an office manager (required) Benefits 401K with 5% company match Base salary of $50-56k, with commission/bonus $95k+ earning potential Health benefits (Major medical, dental and vision) Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my agency 90 day paid training and development program Licensing course & fees 100% paid by agency No nights or weekends. Office hours are M-T 8:30-5:30 and F 8:30-5 Monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses Travel reward incentives and bonuses Hiring bonus up to $1500 in the first 90 days Marketing leads & referrals provided Ability to earn unlimited PTO & half-days on Fridays Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Are You Driven & Ambitious? Our office is open Mon-Thur 9:00am - 5:30pm Fri 9:00am-5:00pm. We have 30 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
