Maintenance Technician Mechanic Electrician Beverage Bottling Water Filtering Mixers Blenders Carbonators Automated Bottle Fillers Cappers Labelers Boxers PLCs HMIs Motors Rotary & Linear Motion Components Hydraulics Pneumatics _ .

Seeking 5+ years of experience with: Beverage production and packaging equipment; strong troubleshooting abilities; Ability to perform and track all routine and preventive maintenance activities; and a track record of adapting quickly to change while adjusting priorities as breakdowns occur.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance work on bottle fillers, cappers, labelers, as well as, their sub-components -- centrifugal pumps, air compressors, valves, electric motors, etc.

• Communicating with process operators to identify equipment problems, determine corrective actions and schedule repairs.

• Order replacement parts.

• Maintain effective contractor relations and collaborative work strategies.

• Keep equipment records, repair manuals and inventory of spare parts.

• Advise management of downtime issue, equipment performance, and suggestions for improvements.

• Electrical troubleshooting related to PLC's, 3 phase power, motor controls, sensors, actuators, etc.

• Calibration and troubleshooting of process instrumentation for flow, temperature, level measurement, etc.
