This role works with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A to ensure accurate financial consolidation, reporting, planning, and analytics. Responsibilities include supporting business users, managing system enhancements, and implementing process improvements to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of OneStream.The ideal candidate will need to be located in Wisconsin, due to this position being on-site and reporting into our Waukesha HeadquartersMajor ResponsibilitiesOneStream Application SupportSupport administration of OneStream modules, including Account Reconciliations, Task Manager, and Consolidation workflowsPerform routine configuration updates, report modifications, and basic business rule changes under established guidelinesMaintain metadata, workflows, dashboards, and reports with direction from Finance Systems ManagerProvide day-to-day support to end users, responding to questions and troubleshooting basic issuesFinancial Close & Reporting SupportSupport financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes from a systems perspectiveWork with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A users to understand reporting needs and assist in delivering solutionsProvide month-end technical support, including data loads, validation, and maintaining transformation rulesMonitor system processes and data integrations, identifying issues and escalating when appropriateSystem Maintenance & EnhancementsAssist in monitoring system performance and resolving user issues with guidance from Finance Systems ManagerParticipate in system enhancements and projects, including gathering requirements, testing, and implementation supportContribute to identifying process improvements and support implementation effortsDocument system processes, updates, and user proceduresSupport maintenance of the system roadmap and provide input on enhancement prioritiesSupport user training efforts to improve system adoption and understandingMinimum Job RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experienceWork Experience0-1 years of relevant work experience.Knowledge and SkillsStrong interest in learning finance systems and enterprise applicationsPreferred Job RequirementsKnowledge and SkillsExperience with consolidation software (OneStream, Hyperion, Oracle EPM, or BPC)Understanding of financial close processes (month-end close, consolidation, and planning)Experience in a SOX-controlled environmentExperience working in a team-based, corporate environmentBasic knowledge of SQL, databases, or data integration concepts#LI-BB1Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
