Direct Support Professional (DSP) - $19/ hr | Weekly Pay | Flexible Schedule

We're hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with daily living skills, community activities, and personal care - while giving you control over your schedule.

What You'll Do

Assist individuals with daily living skills (meal prep, routines)
Support community outings (appointments, shopping, activities)
Provide personal care as needed (hygiene, grooming, bathing)
Encourage independence and support individual goals
Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

What We're Looking For

Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals
Comfortable assisting with personal care while maintaining dignity
Able to follow care plans and instructions
Strong communication and people skills
Reliable transportation preferred
Physically able to assist with daily tasks as needed
