Systems Engineer

You’ll support systems engineering and digital engineering efforts, including Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities, to deliver innovative solutions that evolve with emerging technologies. You Have: 3+ years of experience performing systems engineering in the defense industry Experience performing systems engineering analysis, requirements capture, architecture development, and system documentation for DoD or government systems Experience with digital engineering tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw or DOORS Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence Knowledge of Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts and SysML for requirements, specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture Ability to work confidently with senior officials, collaborate across cross‑functional teams, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology Nice If You Have: Experience with engineering tools such as Dassault 3DS, IBM DOORS, ModelCenter, TeamCenter, MATLAB, STK, and CAD tools Experience developing test strategies, plans, and reports, and participating in test execution and analysis Experience with Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) techniques and Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA) standards Experience in DoD aerospace program acquisition offices and analyzing and translating system requirements into design Experience with airworthiness requirements and testing Experience using Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Knowledge of DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills Master’s degree in Engineering INCOSE Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) and SysML OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) certifications Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Compensation Salary range: $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
