Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and support systems.

• Provide tailored therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans, setting explicit goals and strategies in line with each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for each client.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance therapeutic outcomes and facilitate community connection.

• Perform crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring client safety at all times.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Utilize telehealth technology effectively to deliver services and engage with clients remotely.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at The Outlet, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Our clients present with a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Your expertise will be crucial in providing evidence-based interventions that foster healing and resilience, aiding clients in their journey toward emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
