The ideal candidate will lead and direct the activities necessary to meet client expectations. Prior experience demonstrating people skills, technical skills and management skills are essential to this position. In brief, this position will attend and actively participate in business development, client marketing and project development.This is a great opportunity to lead a variety of water resources related projects involving hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analysis, flood hazard identification/mitigation, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) studies, Area Drainage Master Studies and Plans (ADMS/P), sediment yield, river mechanics, transportation drainage, and stream stabilization design. Knowledge in the application of FLO-2D is required. This candidate will mentor staff, review engineering calculations, prepare design reports and exhibits, supervise the planning, development, and oversee the production of construction documents.
