Education IT Field Technician - Tier 2 Support

Bridgeport Public Schools is seeking an Information Technology Services (ITS) Field Technician (Tier 2) to provide end-user hardware, software and network device support across district sites. Responsibilities include deploying devices (Windows, Mac, iPad, Android, Chrome OS), printers, IP phones, and AV equipment, imaging, and software upgrades. The ideal candidate has an associate degree (bachelor's preferred), 2–3 years IT experience, and certifications such as CCNA, A+ or Network+. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sylvania
