Own the process – Work closely with our elite Operations Team to ensure smooth transactions. Qualifications What You Bring:

• Active NMLS license & 2+ years of mortgage origination experience.
• Proven ability to structure and close loans efficiently.

Compensation & Perks Commission-based earnings – Your success = your paycheck. Prevailing minimum wage base pay. Commission tiered based upon monthly volume: starting at 25 bps, up to 65 bps.
