About the Role:
Independence Home Health LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated PRN Aides/CNAs to join our team in Bloomington, IN. - Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Monitor and document patient health status, reporting changes to supervising nurses
- Support patients with meal preparation and nutritional needs
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment for patients
- Deliver compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients and families
- Follow individualized care plans and adhere to home health protocols and procedures
- Active CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of Indiana
- Previous experience in home health, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in the Nineveh, IN area
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a commitment to quality care
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
