Contract – 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Labor and Delivery unit during day shift hours
• Perform and interpret Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) for laboring patients
• Utilize Epic EMR to document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support maternal and neonatal patient safety
• Adhere to unit-specific protocols, dress code requirements, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in New York State
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR – required at time of submission
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) competency
• National Certification Corporation (NCC) certification or Intermediate AWHONN certification issued within the past 3 years – required at time of submission (proof of class registration for AWHONN may be accepted at submission; certification required for compliance)
• Travel candidates only – local candidates from ineligible counties will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
• Familiarity with high-volume or academic medical center environments
