Engagement Manager

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a Financial Operations consultant  for a big 4 audit firm. salary: $20 - $20.64 per hour

Responsibilities

-Manage components of our talent’s career portfolio by prioritizing and coordinating the work of others; collect and summarize information and use insights to inform decisions.
-Manage a pool of talent, tracking contract dates and prioritize the bench.
-Running weekly search meetings with hiring managers, staying organized, giving updates, and holding others accountable for action items.
-Tracking and approving timecards, PTO, weekly 1:1s, and conducting annual reviews.
- Define and track key performance indicators and metrics to measure success and drive accountability.
- Continuously look for ways to simplify and drive process improvements and efficiencies.
- Develop and manage plans, systems, tools, processes, and procedures that maximize the efficiency, effectiveness.
