Multi-Unit Area Coach: Lead & Develop Restaurant Teams

Hospitality Restaurant Group

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Area Coach to oversee 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants in Tennessee. You will coach RGMs, drive operational excellence, and analyze financial performance to meet or exceed the annual operating plan. The role requires strong leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to travel daily between stores.
