This role is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to shape your work-life balance while providing crucial therapy services to clients. As part of a dedicated detox center, you will collaborate with a team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance the holistic healing journey of our clients. While most sessions will be held remotely, you may occasionally engage in team meetings and trainings in a virtual format.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and personal circumstances that impact their wellbeing.

• Deliver individualized therapy services through one-on-one sessions, group therapy, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with specific therapeutic goals and interventions that align with clients’ aspirations and challenges.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate support for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning to adequately address high-risk situations, ensuring clients feel supported and secure.

Qualifications\n
