Through advocacy, community partnerships, and exceptional support, we promote growth, inclusion, and innovation for people of all abilities.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in related field of study3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities (preferred)1 year of experience working as a HBTS/PASS/ABA Treatment Coordinator (preferred)1 year of experience working as an HBTS/PASS/ABA Direct Support ProfessionalExperience in advocacy for individuals with disabilitiesSafe driving record, current driver's license, and motor vehicle insuranceJob Responsibilities:Provide in-home support to families on caseloadImplement interventions and utilize de-escalation strategies as directed by the Clinical Supervisor(s) and treatment planDocument data from in-home supports and submit by required deadlineTrack and calculate client data for preparation of the treatment planSupervise assigned direct support staff including training, scheduling, discipline, and performance reviewsMaintain accuracy and timeliness in the review of time taken (sick, vacation, etc.) and submission of supervised timesheets on a weekly/bi-weekly basisRecruit and train staff in accordance with agency and state policies and procedures. In collaboration with the Program Coordinator(s) and Clinical Supervisor(s), provide staff training, mentoring, performance evaluation and disciplinary action as appropriate to specific services (HBTS/PASS/ABA)Meet with staff regarding individual plan(s) of service. Conduct monthly home visits with each family on caseloadOversee case files and review case plans and progress reports for quality assuranceOversee submission deadlinesProvide quality assurance/oversight to the delivery of coordination services for individuals in HBTS, ABA and PASS programs.Protect the rights and dignities of individuals with developmental and other disabilitiesCommit to organizational quality initiatives by participating in programs that will enhance treatment services, improve team processes, which includes but is not limited to regular attendance at staff meetingsIf you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities, we invite you to apply today and join our dedicated team at The Arc of Bristol County!
