OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Hollis, NH by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Drive for a company that prioritizes drivers from Hollis, NH while covering OTR dry van lanes nationwide. Expect solo long-haul schedules in well-equipped, late-model tractors with sleepers, APUs and inverters, supported by an in-house maintenance team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely operate dry van equipment on long-distance solo runs and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain precise logs, trip records and conduct required pre/post-trip inspections.
• Work with dispatch to optimize routing and promptly report issues or delays.
• Follow DOT rules, cargo securement practices and company safety procedures.

Qualifications & Highlights:

• Valid CDL-A and minimum 12 months verifiable driving experience.
• Starting mileage pay of 65 CPM, average weekly miles near 2,500, plus safety/referral bonuses.
