What You’ll Do:

• Greet walk-in customers and respond to internet and phone leads


• Build rapport and guide customers through the buying process


• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives


• Match customers with the right vehicle, features, and financing options


• Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets


• Follow up with prospects to close deals and generate repeat/referral business


• Stay knowledgeable on Ford products and current incentives

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus, not required)


• Competitive, self-driven mindset with a strong desire to earn


• Excellent communication and people skills


• Professional appearance and positive attitude


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment


• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record


• Must pass background check and drug screening
