Per Diem Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Anchorage Team-Based Care (Anchorage)

Providence is seeking a Per Diem board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join the Anchorage Primary Care team in Anchorage, Alaska. You will work with advanced practice clinicians in a team-based model that includes social workers and clinical pharmacists, with behavioral health embedded in the clinic.
