RSS has been in business for over 31 years, and has nearly 400 team members located in 16 states! We are currently looking to expand our team in the Cincinnati, OH area. About the Job A successful candidate for this position would be an ++experienced++ Trailer Mechanic (5 years or more preferred), with a strong understanding of semi-trailer diagnostics and repair. Someone who is self-motivated, safety-minded, enjoys mobile service truck work and is able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers. Benefits $24-$32/hour. Starting Pay commensurate with experience. Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonuses after 90 days. Monday-Friday – DAYS! Paid holidays and vacations time. 401(k) after 1 year. Overtime after 40 hours. Bi-weekly paychecks. We promote from within! Responsibilities Inspect and diagnose all trailer systems. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components. Perform preventative maintenance on trailers and parts, including but not limited to: ABS, frame, body, doors, tires and electrical systems. Independently motivated professional, dedicated to providing top-notch service. Maintain positive working relationships with customers. Properly operate the mobile Service Truck. Follow all safety requirements while servicing trailers and while driving the Service Truck. Requirements Experience required. ++5 years or more experience strongly preferred++. Outdoor, mobile service truck position. Valid Driver’s License. Ability to pass a DOT physical and Drug Screen. Ability to lift 50lbs.
