The Appointment Process

First know Contingent/connected workers are not a student or employee, and they do not get paid by the school or qualify for benefits while in this role. They are granted access to systems and/or buildings for the duration of their appointment.  

To process your contingent/connected volunteer appointment Mines is asking that you submit your contact information and resume by submitting your information to this requisition. The University

Located in the historic small town of Golden, at the mouth of Clear Creek Canyon in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains just 13 miles west of Denver, Colorado School of Mines has been a state institution since 1874 before Colorado attained statehood, making it the oldest public institution of higher education in the state.
