Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, NY. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end real estate transactions, including identifying properties, conducting viewings, advising clients on market trends, and supporting negotiations through to closing. The Senior Property Consultant will build and maintain a portfolio of clients, provide consultative guidance on property investments, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with local regulations. Day-to-day activities include prospecting for new business, preparing and presenting property listings, delivering high-quality customer service, and following up with clients to maintain strong relationships. The role also involves meeting sales targets, contributing to market analysis, and representing PeoplePuzzle’s values in all client interactions. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Consulting skills, including the ability to provide strategic property advice and investment guidance. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with clear, professional verbal and written abilities for client interactions and negotiations. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, empathy, and a client-focused approach. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, deal closing, and working toward revenue and performance targets. Candidates should possess Real Estate knowledge and experience, including familiarity with local market trends, property valuation, and regulatory requirements. Relevant qualifications such as a real estate license (where applicable), and prior experience in senior real estate or property consulting roles. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously. Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
