CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Summary:
Assist patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting by providing essential bedside care and support, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver fundamental patient care including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and document patient condition and report any changes to healthcare staff.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in patient care areas.
• Follow facility policies for infection control and safety procedures.
• Wear a photo badge at all times and bring valid ID for verification.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CNA license or certification.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Comply with health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements or approved exemptions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients for extended periods.
• Exhibit a compassionate approach to patient care.
