About the Position

As a B2B Sales Consultant , you will develop new business relationships with small and medium-sized businesses within an assigned territory. You'll work directly with business owners and their employees to present supplemental insurance benefits that provide additional financial protection.

This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales position built around prospecting, face-to-face meetings, networking, and developing new business accounts.

Success requires initiative, consistency, resilience, and the ability to execute a plan without waiting to be told what to do.

Compensation

Commission-based compensation with monthly bonuses. Typical first-year earnings for successful producers are approximately 65,000–80,000, depending on individual sales performance.

Your results are driven by your production, consistency, and ability to develop new business.

Your Mission

As a B2B Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities within your assigned territory
• Building relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
• Scheduling and conducting face-to-face business meetings
• Presenting supplemental insurance products and explaining available benefits
• Developing new accounts and expanding your territory's market presence
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Negotiating and closing sales
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking sales activity
• Working toward established production goals and consistently developing your pipeline
• Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems or activity-tracking tools
• Experience managing responsibilities independently and adapting to changing priorities
