By joining Datavant today, you're stepping onto a driven and highly collaborative team that is passionate about creating transformative change in healthcare.Position Highlights:Location: Voorhees, NJSchedule: TEMP | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5PMWork Arrangement: 4 days onsite, 1-day WFHPriority: High-Priority / Urgent VacancyYou will:Have a passion to lead, train and motivate a growing and excited Team.Communicate and collaborate with leadership on issues, opportunities, or challenges.Lead Audit Team which receives requests from PayorsReview data and provide client and leadership solutionsComfortable bringing new ideas, process improvement suggestions, and feedback to internal stakeholders.Manage the Request coming in from the Risk Management Team of the clientBe the leader of client locations and plan for fluctuating needs.Oversee the escalation calls from our centralized call centersParticipates in project teams and committees to advance operational Strategies and initiativesCoordinates with location/client management on complex issues while building a strong relationshipWhat you will bring to the table:A true leadership philosophy in which the goal of the leader is to serveAbility to support clients and your Team working both on-site and remotely.1-2 years of Health Information related experienceWell-versed with HIPAA standards.A knack for presenting to leadership, clients, and your Team via Video or in person.Solution provider and forward thinkingDetail and quality oriented as it relates to accurate and compliant information for medical records.Power BI, MS OfficeTraining & Onboarding:Datavant DHISC trainingHands-on, role-specific training during the first 30 daysQualifications:High School Diploma or GEDPrior healthcare, HIM, medical records, or ROI experience requiredExperience with ROI and EMR systems requiredLead or supervisory experience preferredAbility to travel locally and work on-site regularlyProficiency with computers, email, and office equipmentAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliancePay ranges for this job title may differ based on location, responsibilities, skills, experience, and other requirements of the role.The estimated base pay range per hour for this role is: $21.25 — $27.13 USD
