The company works closely with property owners, insurance representatives, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable, professional restoration services. Role Role Description The Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in Memphis, TN, responsible for overseeing daily field operations on residential and commercial restoration and renovation projects. This role includes coordinating crews and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with company standards and building codes. The Superintendent will conduct site inspections, manage jobsite documentation, communicate with clients and project managers, and address any issues that arise during mitigation and restoration work. Day-to-day tasks also involve ensuring proper use of materials and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized jobsite, and supporting a positive, professional work environment. Qualifications Experience supervising construction, renovation, or restoration projects, preferably in residential and commercial settings. Knowledge of mitigation processes, including mold remediation, water mitigation, and general restoration best practices. Ability to read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and job documentation, and to implement them effectively on-site. Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple projects and changing priorities. Effective communication skills for coordinating with crews, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams. Commitment to safety standards and experience enforcing OSHA and company safety policies on the jobsite. Proficiency with basic technology, including email, project management tools, and digital documentation (photos, reports). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between project sites in the Memphis, TN area. Previous superintendent or foreperson experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is strongly preferred.
