What You’ll DoAs a Front of House Team Member, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Assisting with food delivery to tables and addressing guest needs promptly.
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate cash handling practices.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
