Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Psychiatric Physician Assistant for an established outpatient behavioral health practice based in Hartsville, South Carolina.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join an established outpatient behavioral health practice providing psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and medication management
• Provide care across regional outpatient clinics with two days based in Hartsville
• Collaborate closely with primary care providers and behavioral health professionals
• Manage an average outpatient volume of approximately 20 patient interactions per day
• Predictable weekday schedule with minimal phone-only call responsibilities

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000
• Student Loan Repayment Eligibility Up To $55,000
• Relocation Assistance Available

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No Weekend Clinic Hours
• Phone-Only Call Rotation (1:4)
• Average 2-3 Calls Per Week

ROLE
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide medication management services
• Collaborate with primary care and behavioral health teams
• Deliver compassionate outpatient psychiatric care

• Graduate Of An Accredited Physician Assistant Program REQUIRED
• Active South Carolina Physician Assistant License REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 Years Psychiatric Experience REQUIRED
• Experience Performing Psychiatric Assessments And Medication Management REQUIRED
