About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Medical Office Receptionist and Back Office team member to join our practice in Henderson, NV. This is a dynamic dual-role opportunity where you'll be the welcoming face of our office while also supporting clinical operations behind the scenes. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, manage appointment scheduling, and handle front desk operations
• Answer multi-line phones, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff
• Verify insurance eligibility, collect co-pays, and process billing information accurately
• Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) and patient charts
• Assist clinical staff with back-office duties including rooming patients and recording vital signs
• Prepare exam rooms, restock supplies, and ensure a clean and organized clinical environment
• Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-up appointments

Requirements:

• Prior experience is not necessary.
• New Graduates are welcome
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems 
• Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorization processes
• Ability to take vital signs and perform basic back office clinical tasks
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Medical Assistant certification is required
