The STRIVE High School program is an alternative, specialized educational setting, designed to foster emotional, social, and academic growth for students within a safe and structured learning environment. Academic and counseling components of the program are integrated to meet the individual needs of the students. Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of the Student Aides at STRIVE involve providing academic and behavioural support to students under the supervision of the teaching and clinical staff.
